Tijuana Flats (Florida)

This may be a very bias review since I work at one of the locations, but I couldn't resist. Tijuana Flats is only found in five states: Florida, Indiana, Virginia, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. I work at one in Florida and I had no idea what this place what this place was before my roommates took me to it for lunch. I love Mexican food and the first thing I ate here were the Blackened Chicken Flautas. I fell in love with them and within a week of going there for the first time, I went three more times. I was addicted. I literally ate my way through the menu and before I applied there to work.
There's flour and whole wheat tortillas. You have four choices of meat: chicken, blackened  chicken, ground beef, steak and carnitas (pork). There's also a low fat cheese and sour cream option for healthy options along with the whole wheat tortillas.
I had a standard when I eat there. If I'm getting chicken it's going to be blackened chicken. If I'm getting something that uses a tortilla it's a whole wheat tortilla.
I would high recommend this restaurant; it has a great atmosphere, friendly service, crushed ice (!!!), a hot bar and amazing food. Everything is made to order and all products are fresh. It's so worth checking out if one is in your neighborhood.
I recommend signing up for their newsletter on their website, becoming a Flat Head =D . Specials will be emailed to you every month and I would recommend taking advantage of it. Also try to go there on your birthday for free food!
